| How are you? This question has really been bothering me lately. We ask it all the time, yet do we really stop to hear the answer? When someone asks me "How are you?" I have to laugh...it's the end of the semester HOW DO YOU THINK I AM???? But do I say this? No, I know they don't really want to hear my woes, so I smile and lie. Lately, my answer has simply been, "His grace is sufficient." Yesterday though, I was convicted. I asked my friend how he was, and his anwer? "Better than I deserve" he said. It's true. I should quit complaining. His grace is sufficient. And it's much more than we deserve. | | |
| Let me just take this opportunity to say... HELP! | | |
| Dreams, they are the threads Of my tapestry. Visions, caught in my head Deny futility.
Give meaning, reason We need purpose. For changing seasons Will soon defeat us.
But even dreams die, And cannot answer The resounding “Why?” Even I utter.
You, Source of passion, Living Song, I sing. The Reason, the Vision I, servant; You, King. | | |
| I'm sure you all know this, but for the record, God is Amazing. His providence never fails. He provides before I even know I am in need! I am also thankful for friends...a few in particular made me smile last weekend. I love my sisters...oh yeah and that one boy who hangs around. | | |
| Childhood memories were sharply brought to mind yesterday when I skinned both of my knees. Yeah, I need to get a handle on my volleyball insticts. . .it's not good when you dive on a bball court. . .or a raquetball court. . .at least I got the ball!!! Happy Thanksgiving!! | | |
